Social impact strategist.
People person.

Meet Alisha.

Alisha Elliott is a social impact strategist, coach and facilitator who translates complex social frameworks, policy and governance into tangible, authentic impact for organisations and purpose-driven leaders. She is a people-person, passionate about social impact, responsible technology, and supporting people and communities to thrive.

Alisha operates with the rigour of 20 years’ experience in corporate responsibility, non-profit and marketing roles across a unique industry set including technology, healthcare, media, arts and environment. Through her experience at Purple Point, Meta, Bupa Australia, Sydney Opera House, WWF, Bauer Media and APN Outdoor, Alisha has developed ESG strategies and frameworks that drive measurable outcomes, built partnerships across government, business and civil society, and delivered impactful community and employee inclusion programs. She understands the tension and opportunity of translating multiple stakeholder needs into implementable strategies, whether it’s through collaborative partnerships, embedding inclusion into business operations, or co-designing programs with communities. Alisha consistently ensures strategies are both visionary and grounded in real-world delivery, so organisations can minimise risk, reduce harms and be a force for good. She is increasingly exploring the intersection of AI, ethics and social impact, supporting purpose-driven organisations to harness innovation with responsibility and impact in equal measure.

As a coach and facilitator, Alisha works with purpose-driven leaders and social impact professionals to navigate complexity, build confidence in their decision-making, and align their values with meaningful action. Her coaching draws on her deep sector experience and embodied practices to support leaders in creating sustainable change while maintaining their own wellbeing and authenticity.

She brings an integrated approach to every project, grounded by her life in regional Australia on Kalkadoon Country, Queensland, where she juggles work and motherhood while finding moments to weave, play basketball or be still.
